DATASNIPPER INTEGRATIONS PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction
   1. This Integrations Privacy Policy ("Integrations Privacy Policy") applies to the Integrations feature of the DataSnipper Software, which connects third-party business applications to the DataSnipper platform. It supplements the DataSnipper Privacy Policy published by DataSnipper B.V. and DataSnipper Inc. (together, "DataSnipper", "we", "our").

1. Data usage
   1. Through Integrations, customers can connect third-party applications (such as Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Concur, HiBob, and QuickBooks) to DataSnipper Software and import Customer Data (documents, files, and business records) from those applications directly into their local Excel Workbook. For Google Drive integrations, only files expressly selected by the customer or administrator are accessed.
2. Data sharing and storage
   1. Customer Data imported through Integrations is stored locally on the Customer's Excel Workbook. Customer Data is not stored or processed on DataSnipper's own servers.
3. Data retention and deletion
   1. Because Customer Data is stored locally on the customer's machine and not on DataSnipper's servers, customers are responsible for managing retention of their own data. As data passes through Unified in transit only, Unified holds no stored data to delete. Any residual data at Unified is deleted immediately after each transaction completes.
